Chef Patrick has acquired over 30 years of culinary experience, ranging from the dynamic world of restaurant kitchens and private chef roles to owning and operating a successful catering company.

Throughout his career, he has cooked for leading business and political figures worldwide, consistently upholding his commitment to delivering unique and high-quality dining experiences. Driven by a deep passion for teaching and sharing knowledge, Chef Patrick established the “Chef Patrick” culinary consulting program to raise culinary standards on shipping vessels and enhance the well-being of seafarers.

What started as a plan to improve onboard meals soon evolved into a larger mission: fostering connection, community, and meaningful engagement among ship cooks and crew members.

Today, Chef Patrick proudly refers to this mission as his life’s work. In his own words: “Today I can honestly say that this has become my life’s mission.” Guided by his vision, elevating food quality and enriching the lives of those at sea go far beyond culinary objectives — it is about nurturing a unified, thriving community throughout the global maritime industry.

I began cooking professionally over 20 years ago and have since gathered substantial knowledge and experience across a wide range of culinary roles.

I had the privilege of learning the fundamentals of cooking under the guidance of our very own Chef Patrick Alban, and developing my skills while working alongside Chef Yuval Rave. 

In recent years, I’ve been working as a consultant to leading companies in the Food-Tech industry, helping them innovate and grow.

It is truly an honor to be part of Chef Patrick’s team.
I look forward to collaborating with each and every one of you—creating a safe space for an open exchange of ideas, while finding inspiration in one another’s experience and creativity.
